As the auto dealership industry moved towards consolidation, Subaru needed to make sure its brand stood out. Our challenge was to gain maximum exposure and implement their image redesign at nearly 600 dealerships - all while zoning boards aimed to reduce the size and number of signs.

Negotiations win prime position.
To ensure Subaru gets the visibility it needs, we scout out the best size and location for its signs. Our team then negotiates with local zoning boards, winning variances for larger signs than normally allowed, and more of them. Since this process takes time, we arranged to carry inventory of their standard signs so we can move quickly once approvals are in.
