Fast approaching deadline for regional roll-out.
When Citizens Bank purchased Mellon’s retail banking in the Mid-Atlantic region,
the deadline to convert the facilities was 12 months. The sign conversion program was
struggling and the deadline fast approaching when Citizens brought in Philadelphia
Sign. Our challenge was to take over and change out the signs and ATM surrounds at
610 sites within the remaining 10 months.
Coordination and teamwork brings program on track.
Our team of program managers and engineers worked quickly to bring the program
under control through constant coordination. We molded our systems to the customers,
maintained constant communication and responded immediately as situations arose.
This eliminated guesswork and reduced the stress of this challenging program for our
customer.
Successful roll-out.
