Project managers are ultimately responsible for a customer’s sign program and they are given the tools for success: a standardized process and a system of organization.
Standardized Process. A consistent approach to the management of projects, from planning to completion, ensures each program’s success. The process is clearly defined and followed to avoid a learning curve each time a new project begins and improve efficiency.
Organization. In 2004, Philadelphia began developing a single source database that enables each department to manage all tasks, deadlines, and phases of a project. Engineering, estimating, project management, manufacturing, and installation are all tracked in this relational database. By creating a transparent repository of information, the Project Team can deliver a sign program on time and within budget that meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations.
