Davaco, one of the nation’s largest project integrators, called upon Philadelphia Sign given the successful history of executing the Starbucks digital menu board replacement program. At each site we managed and performed the removal of existing outdated menu boards, with new digital menu boards providing an interactive customer experience.
PSCO took an aggressive schedule and budget then built a team to support this program from the ground up. This team included field project managers and other team members in support roles. This program was initially looked upon as a signage replacement program and quickly grew into a full-scale nationwide construction remodel program.
The McDonald’s program included 545 total sites across 12 states, averaging 15 a week. The program started in late Sept 2018 and with at a monthly goal of 60 sites that was achieved successfully.
